Pop-up classes

What is a Coastal Sculpt class like?

A 45-minute, full-body mat workout inspired by Pilates. Expect controlled, low-impact movements with a pilates ball and light weights that build strength, tone and core stability — set to a great playlist, somewhere beautiful.

I’ve never done Pilates. Can I come?

Absolutely. Every class is designed for all levels, and we cue modifications to make each move easier or harder so you can work at your own pace.

What should I bring?

Water, comfy workout clothes and a friend. Most pop-ups include all equipment (mat, ball and weights) — each event listing notes if you should bring your own mat.

How do I book and pay?

All public classes are booked through SweatPals with secure Stripe checkout. Tap “Reserve” on any class to grab your spot — you’ll get a confirmation and reminders from SweatPals.

What if it rains?

Outdoor pop-ups have a weather plan. If we need to move or reschedule, we’ll message everyone on the booking through SweatPals as early as possible.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Pop-up tickets are non-refundable, but can often be transferred to a friend through SweatPals. Can’t make it? Reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Private events & bachelorettes

Where can a private class happen?

Almost anywhere in the Charleston area with a flat space for mats: your rental’s lawn or living room, a rooftop, a dock, the beach or a favorite park. Not sure? We’ll suggest spots that fit your group.

How many guests can you host?

Private classes typically run from 6 to 30 guests. Planning something bigger — a corporate day or festival? Tell us about it and we’ll build a plan.

Does everyone need to be fit or experienced?

Not at all. Classes are designed for every level, from first-timers to Pilates regulars, with modifications throughout. It’s a celebration, not a boot camp.

How does payment work?

Once details are set, we send one private booking link. Each guest can reserve and pay for their own spot — no chasing Venmo requests for the organizer. We can also invoice the host directly.

How far in advance should we book?

Weekends in spring and fall fill quickly, so 3–6 weeks ahead is ideal. Last-minute? Send an inquiry anyway — we’ll always try to make it work.

Partner pop-ups

What does it cost to host a pop-up?

For most venues, nothing. Guests buy tickets through SweatPals, and we can bundle your product (a mimosa, coffee or discount) into the ticket. Brand activations and corporate events are quoted individually.

How much space do you need?

Roughly 6 × 3 feet per guest on a flat surface — indoors or out. A 20-guest class fits comfortably in about 400–500 sq ft.

Who promotes the event?

We both do. We list and ticket the event on SweatPals, share it with our community and social channels, and provide co-branded graphics for yours.
